Ruby is a Ngambri woman, granddaughter of well-known indigenous leader Matilda House, has grown up in the Canberra region and completed her schooling at Narrabundah College.

Ruby is a key member of the Synergy Team, responsible for the administration and business network focus of the group. In her current role she is the first point of contact for the company assisting clients with their needs, assessing and scheduling works while drawing on her in depth plumbing knowledge she has gained while working in the industry.

Ruby’s superior customer service skills drive her to ensure a high level of service is provided across all maintenance and commercial works. Ruby’s professionalism in her approach has resulted in strong relationships being built with both with the local business community and larger government departments.

Evan has over 26 years’ experience in all areas of both commercial and residential plumbing, drainage and gas fitting.

Evan commenced his apprenticeship in 1990 at Parliament House - Joint House Department and then one year with City Parks. Going out on his own in 1995 Evan has continued to provide plumbing maintenance to domestic and commercial clients across Canberra and its surrounding areas.

Over the last twelve years Evan has built a strong commercial presence in the ACT developing ongoing relationships with leading developers, builders, commercial contractors and government agencies.

Donna is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 20 years of experience who has worked with KPMG, the public sector and private enterprise.

Donna is an experienced Finance and Contracts Manager having worked in a vast number of industries including hospitals, universities, Government Departments including Treasury, Health Services Australia, The Australian Mint, and the High Court of Australia. With her ten years’ experience in the plumbing industry coupled with her diverse industry background, lends her as an invaluable asset to the Synergy group.
